I wear glasses and I am always fogging up when riding. I have tried everyting, I can wear contacts and the prscription goggles dont work for me. Has anyone tried the goggles that have the fan in them that can blow air in to keep glasses from fogging up. thanks

I ski with a guy that has them and wears glasses and they work great for him.
I would check if they fit in the open face helmet they are a little bigger on the outside.

Good luck, hate goggles that fog must be a nighmare with glasses.

I am curious as well I have the worst time with goggles realy messes up a good powder day when things are foged up all the time.

I have a pair of the scott turbo fan goggles and they do work good. They seem to fit just fine in my motocross helmet I wear. The only thing is that the battery pack is on the goggle strap, and I don't know if I caught a tree or if it just came off because the strap was stretched so far to go around the helmet, but I lost it. Scott replaced it and I'm going to put some zip ties around it this season to make sure it isn't coming off. It doesn't hold to well to the strap with just what it comes with.

I don't wear glasses or contacts, but I don't even notice the circulation of air on my eyes with them.

Where did you guys get the goggles with the fan. I ride so hard that when i stop it fogs up really bad.

I have pretty sensitive eyes and used the scotts turbo fan, i didn't notice any extra drying out because of it, but they work good, i would recommend them for anyone with glasses that fight drying up. the only thing as mentioned before use something extra to help keep the battery pack with you. As i also lost one skiing in the trees once.

Great Goggles

My dad fought fogging of his glasses for a season and a half until he got the scott turbo fan goggles. He loves them and hasnt had a fogging porblem since he got them. The only time he uses the fan is right after we take off after stopping for a break. He said it takes about 5 seconds for the goggles to get rid of the fog and then he just turns them off to save on the battery. Great investment. im thinking about getting a pair even though i dont wear glasses.

I have a pair, the fan is on top and sucks air through all the vents and vents it out the top, use lithium batteries and they will last forever.

I have the Smith fan goggles with a perscription lense. Works better then anything else I've tried. They can fog up in nasty weather at times. However they will usually clear up fairly quickly with the fan on high.
I did have to modify the liner in my helmet slightly, so I could get good air flow to the fan located in the top of the goggle.
