Go pro hero HD footage

Turn it around

Someone needs to turn that camera around. Can't believe I just wasted 3:31 waiting to see some terrain. It kind seems like taking pictures with your camera facing yourself all day.
Camera looks nice though!

Glad I could waste 3 minutes of your life...

if you don't mix up the angles, point it at your firneds maybe for a change and mix it up. POV cams are lame.. i can watch about 10 seconds.. anything more than that of the same angle is overkill.. thats my protip for the day :)

:face-icon-small-coomix it up :)

Great vid. I've got the 960HD. I haven't uploaded it to the internet yet. Any tricks or methods to get the best picture uploaded possible? Thanks

Sorry

Ya, sorry! I'm working on not sounding like such a (ick in my posts. Looks like you are a good rider, so I am sure it will capture some great footage of your trips.
I agree with Lushbomb, mixing things up will make great videos. Some shots like you had going through some sketchy terrain, pointing it at buddies riding and vice versa, some POV shots.
I can't take pictures for &*^% but my buddies can. They always seem to have an eye for what is going to look good.

Are you using the suction cup mount? If so how well does it stay put. any issues with loosening it up.

Thanks,

~Darren~

As of lately Ive been experimenting with it. I havent had any issues with it getting stuck. It has a little tab like thing on the cup to break the seal.

Its alright at least you have the guts to admit it. I do appreciate the advice though. If you guys have any more ideas I'm open to any suggestions.

Mine did everything automatically putting it on YouTube. For the HD videos though it takes a while to upload, i think mine took like 3 or 4 hours.

These cameras are sick. I have been using them now for 2-3 years (SD and now HD) and just tested a backpack mount i put together that works great - i used an avi shovel, small backpack, and the gopro bike clamp mount to make it work. A handful of zip ties and you can strap it anywhere on yer sled for more easy angles as well (clips of your speedo and tach, front and rear bumper etc.) anyways my friend whos a pro videographer has written some how-to's -

Idea 1 - point it at your friends, have them ride towards you, at you, away from you.. the fish eyes are so killer on drive by's, u can get super close and capture a super rad image with these things..
