carbon in the form of oil and coal absorbed by forests????.............must be that new chemistry they are teaching these days!! I think oil absorbed by any plant life would kill the plant. Coal being a solid wouldn't absorbed at all, CO2 produced by burning is absorbed by plant life, then the plant life give off oxygen. Amazing isn't it! Actually we are way over due for another asteroid hit which created the ice age and the subsequent warming geological niche we humans currently occupy. So don't worry, be happy, grab your snowmobile fill up the tank with fossil fuel and ride!
