I was just wondering how are these guy's? How is the service department? Need some parts for the sled, and maybe have them work on my sled also. Anyone have a good experience with them?

they are pretty good to deal with. plus Cranbrook now has a arctic cat dealer with really good staff. so depending on where you are you have a couple options

service is sketchy at best...do yourself a favour , spend the extra dollar on fuel head to cranbrook (all seasons motorsports) you'll be glad you did ....staff has all been sleddin since god was a cowboy....:D

I second All Seasons Motorsports have heard nothing but good things about the guys over there. Toby Creek Adventures in Panorama is also a Cat dealer and have been great to deal with.

Thanks for the input guy's. I will have to give them a call. I live in Lethbridge so it's not that bad of a drive. I just want someone that know's what the hell they are talking about and know how to fix things when it come's to sleds.

new dealer in lethbrige

Try Richard Precision powersports 403-394-6228 His shop is across from bridge city chrysler in Lethbridge

I have been to the dealership in lethbridge, I don't know if I would take my sled there. I was talking with them about some clutching and I asked the guy there if he can get dalton clutch parts in and he didn't even know there was such a thing called dalton. That is when I walked out of the store.

my buddies all religiously use CHUNK in high river, i hear they are good!
also their one mechanic is the son of Walt Healy - some 40 year journeyman or something......

Thanks jenny jenn, I forgot they have a dealership there. I will have to give them a call, they are alot closer for me

yes Linderman is an amazing mastermind - especially in Arctic Cat performance! I think he and Chunk are on the "same team" & work together on a lot of projects!!
I saw on facebook Chunks having an open house tomorrow (sat 1st), might be worth checking out? burgers & stuff etc....i think........

Precision just hired a new tech and he is one of the better mechanics ive delt with,he used to be at yamaha.

What is the new tech's name? I knew one tech from yammi, he was a younger guy, pretty good to work with.

I think it is great that we have a Cat dealer in town again. But more importantly... not only is he an enthusiast.. but he wants to be a Cat dealer. For the past 3 years I have had to get my sled parts and service out of town and that sucks !!!

It's good to here Will is there bucause he to is an enthusiast and I know he built a few turbo Yam's over at Leth. Yamaha.

I have delt with Goastrider in the past and always found there parts to be more then any where else.

I heard will went there...couldnt take prat and whitney any longer?? Hes a good wrench....no bikes to work on though or do they have a line?

rumors are true. will is at precision now. he hated the night shifts at pratt, wanted to get back into wrenching. nothing against yammi, just wanted a change of color to wrench on and is excited to be at precision. defianatlely one of the best to work on your sleds.
