That video sucks.......... 'Cause I'm jealous! Nice powder turns, liked the one at 1:30.

Sweet getting the itch from all the snow pictures/videos.

Thanks Hotlips. It was an awesome day! It was my first time on a sled since my accident and my body felt great! No pain...I am 100% again. It's gking to be a fun year!!!!

rad! i bet that was a good conquering feeling.. raaaarrrrr! f'n back on this b****, ready for powder destruction!

It was the most amazing feeling ever! I felt no pain and I'm super excited to ride all year! It was an emotional ride...up until a few months ago I didn't know if I would ever ride (or walk) again. I had a lot of support from my family, friends, sponsors and fans and I thank everyone for it. It pushed me to conquer this and I feel like I am around 90% already.

SO STOKED for this Winter!!!!!! It's going to be an awesome year on the Nytros...

Awesome that you got back on that saddle!

You made a very emotional and powerful statement about riding...especially pushing the limits for film fame. Was wondering if your opinion is still the same?

Great point Tudizzle...my perspective has changed. I won't be trying crazy ski lines with multiple cliffs anymore...I will be focusing on all technical riding segments and teaching avalanche awareness and riding skills in our Yamaha sponsored riding clinics. I've been showcasing big drops and stunts for years in my movie segments but have neglected to film all the tight, technical boondocking that we do everyday! That's the fun stuff anyway...

I'm also stoked to be taking 9 paraplegic athletes out riding for a weekend and some other great kids out for a day. I can't wait to see the smiles on their faces. I almost died, was lucky to walk and even luckier to ride again. I know how little things can make a huge difference in your life when you need it.

Life changer for sure...but for the better!

Chris

thanks again for your thoughtful insights, best of luck on your future snowmobiling endeavors.

on a side note...the most watched snowmobile clip on the internet.....the track never leaves the ground :face-icon-small-win

That's awesome Chris. So stoked that you are already healthy enough to ride this soon. Just goes to show you what determination can achieve.
