Gen 2 on a Nytro.

Last trip out there was about 1-2 ft of fresh snow but getting sticky on top as the day was warm. I am definitely finding they nytro hard to side hill carve predictably with these skies in any type of set up snow.

Ended up giving my bumper a work out as on a steep slope downhill, right to left (brake lever side low) the mofo would not pull over. They slope was way to steep to counter steer. I am convinced it was those pontoons that would not let the sled fall over but rather poped it upright. Lets just say the tree won the battle.

ps no sway bar, fox floats 80 psi.

Any other thoughts?

I am beginning to think that unless the snow is ball$ deep and soft I will run the stockers.

I ran the Gen II this year on the Nytro and just put them back on the Apex. Didn't like them on the Nytro at all. Great improvement for the Apex. Stockers have performed the best for me on the Nytro

get your shocks revalved and enjoy the ride! i had same problem, then got on buddies sled and holy crap. i had mine done to m1000 specs at cat dealer and she's totally different sled! lots of shops in the states to send to in off season, and little cheaper maybe.

X2 switched mine out to the gen IIs early in the season and been awesome in all conditions!! Just did three days in set up spring snow 1 1/2' -2 feet still worked great on and off trail..
