Gearing/Clutching Question

I have an 03 Rev 800 that I put a beaver delete kit on and also stretched it and put on a 136x1.5 track. I am not pulling the right RPMS now, the highest I am getting is 7100, I tried changing my TRA settings and also the 2ndary belt settings, but no luck, I actually lost RPMS and top speed.

I have stock gearing 26/43 gearing in it, as well as stock clutching.

any input would be much appreciated.

22 or 23 top gear. Link to Clutch specs for 2003 below, Set up like summit 800 for 4000 feet: Hollow pins, one set screw (maybe), Different secondary spring as well. Do not need to change jetting.

I should state that I ride mostly in Minnesota, so prolly 0 - 4000 elevation, although it may travel to Big Horns or Cooke City with it.

Set up

We ride below 4000 in WA as well. Trust me on the set up as we have the same machine and have done this exact set up. If your taching 7100 under load at full throttle you have a long way to go to get to 8K!
