Gear combinations for Pro RMK

Has anyone checked to see what gear combinations will work in the new Pro RMK chaincase (with the stock chain)? Stock appears to be 20:42 and I would like to try 19:43 gears. Just curious if anyone has looked.

Thanks

Have you run your sled yet? I was thinking I would gear down, but that sled really pulls hard down low. I think it is the combo of a good skid setup, lightweight sled and strong motor. I doubt I will change mine.

i've changed mine to a 19/43 and changed the track to a ce... i will let ya know after this sat.

X2, i only got one 22 mile ride but the gearing seemed pretty sweet stock. had lots of low end snap and grunt...

Does anyone know what gear combinations the '11 RMK Assault got?
Does it have a lower stock ratio then the PRO RMK?

For example;
RMK got 42/20 (42 divided on 20) -> ratio = 2,1
Assault got (I dont know the true numbers) 42/18 -> ratio = 2,33

Higher ratio = lower gearing = faster acceleration, stronger and quicker ride?

Am I right?:face-icon-small-dis

Very interrested in how it acts when putting 19-43 gears in!!? Have you tested the sled with this setup? I got my Assault 155 last week and I am overimpressed about how strong this sled is...was also thinking about gearing down before I got the sled but...low-mid range on this thing really is SNAPPY! Wheelie machine! Running 10-66 weights 8300-400 rpm at sea level..need to put heavier weights in I think.

NOT YET

Nope not yet but I have put the 2.5" CE in it already and will gear it 19-42. I could not stand the 5.1 track in the dragons.

19/43 rocks. CE 2.5 track rocks. Tied clutch 73-57.46 w/red/blk sec spring with stock prim. spring w/ 10-64 runs 8200 all day long.. run 6000-8000 feet.. This YEAR is going to ROCK...
