I took my shop foreman out for a short little ride. We parked at Wellington with the Cummins stuck in the middle of the parking lot. We pushed some pretty wet powder (2+ feet) part of the way to the top of Packer John. It was fun, but with a rookie, it was pretty tough.

We got back to the warming hut just as the guy with the backhoe started cleaning the lot. He pulled out the Dodge and we headed for home. Nice guy! Good (albiet a bit wet) powder and I kept my worker happy for a while!

Hey we went to silver creek plunge via the crouch way a couple days ago... is it possilbe to make it there from the lot at cougar mtn? Didn't really dig the parking lot above crouch. 4 place and truck so bigger lot is my fav.. did break trail into the lot at west (anderson) the other day.

Lost rider near Silver Creek Plunge?

We rode our secret spots Saturday (hoooooooooo boy NO tracks and TONS of fluff...though we had to deal with the biting wind and blowing snow which lowered visibility quite a bit) while everyone else headed towards Silver Creek plunge for the fun run.

Later that evening we heard that someone was lost on the fun run - has anyone got any updates?
