I talked to Dan briefly about these while discussing his LR motor and I believe you can use these on most sleds for standard riding applications although he doesn't warranty them like most of his products. I think he was just referring to his asphalt sled and where he witnessed the gains and benefits first hand of these wheels. At the bottom of his ad he says you can put them on production sleds. He told me that they just won't take the abuse that the stock drive wheels can because we all know how many land mines are hidden under the snow but he did say they are unbelievable as far as how "fast" they are. Didn't get into too much detail but hope this helps.

I would think the benefits would be less noticeable on snow, since you have snow to lubricate the the track and drivers.
