from washington buying uaed sled from B.C Taxes?

Hello I am a Dealer in B.C and was a customer that wants to buy a used sled from us. I believe I need to charge our taxes, he believe he does not. Anyone have experience on this?

When i was shopping last year i was told that i did not pay taxes up there but was on the hook for any fees that would occur in the US ? Didnt end up buying one from Canada so not 100% sure
