Fresh new t-shirt... to keep our riding areas open

Rusty - I made the shirts, not CSA. I was just trying to do something to raise $ to help keep our riding areas open. I copied Paul's design for the back. Bad decision. I apologized to him... Live and learn. I had never seen Colo BD logo until just before the show. Again, their logo and my design are both far from original concepts. Obviously they made a big splash. Hope it goes well for them. I have no plans to make any more shirts. Let me know if you ever spend your time, effort, and money to raise money to help keep our riding areas open (BRC, COHVCO, RTR). I'll be the 1st to join in.

Alright lets get back on track...lessons learned effected parties have talked and issue resolved.

There was no malicious intent, far from it. Sometimes in our rush to do good, mistakes can be made.

Didn't everybody wake to snow this AM...that makes everything better!

I think this is great...way to go for taking the initiative to raise money for CSA. we need more people thinking about preserving the sport like this person. Way too many sledders are utterly naive about the future of our riding areas.

If you did not want your logo or whatever copied why didn't you get it copyrighted. who cares, its a colorado state flag with a sled put in there. and the Forest service has used the logos on the back of the shirt for decades. nothing original here.

for the record, the colorado boondockers logo is a registered trademarked logo. whether it's original or not shouldn't really matter. and we totally dont mind letting people use it on there sleds or shirts or whatever, it just would have been nice if we had known about it. it's not something we're making a ton of money off of, but it is something that we drew up, took the time to trade mark and also something that we're proud of. We think it's great that $2000 or whatever was raised for CSA by these shirts! nice work, good job, thanks for contributing to keeping our riding areas open!

Hey colorado boondockers and sled solutions....just a heads up....the state of Colorado and the U.S forest service will be coming after you with legal action for using their state flag and the square user group icons on your shirts without their permission

Hopefully you enjoy all the profits you have made off the sport after all public lands are closed to snowmobiling

Not sure where your beef with us is coming from? We all consider ourselves lucky to be working in the industry that we do. We work on sleds because it's what we love to do, not because we're getting rich doing it, and we're blessed to be able to pay our bills every month when we're done playing! We, too donate time and money to CSA, COHVCO, and many other local organizations and fight to keep our riding areas open just like you. We live in the mountains and work with local agency's as well (forest service, national park, BLM), as opposed to just complaining about them. Again, im not sure where your beef is with us? you made some shirts and donated some money and that's awesome, thanks for helping the sport. let's bury this thread and get out and ride! We'll be at the ears Monday!
