Fox floats are you always checking the pressure?

With the fox floats are you constantly adjusting the pressure as the temperature varies or do you set it up for the weekend and can generally forget about it until the ride deteriorates? I am more of a pull and go rider, rather than always making slight adjustments throughout the day.

I personally do very little adjusting, once I have them where I like them. I have checked them and find little change once you are at elevation you are going to ride. If you break a shock tower you better check though! :face-icon-small-fro I rode mine back and didn't realize what had happened on my 900 rmk and cut through the side and bled the air out now I am looking for a repair plan?? Not the shocks fault, my own mistake!! Still love mine!:face-icon-small-coo

i set them up in the begining of the season, then leave them, haven't seen any bleed off at all, they are a well made shock

i do check mine, have seen them bleed off some, and know someone running 200 lbs in the rear shock. not sure what the max is.

I'm 6ft...210 and run 55-65 on front and 185 on rear skid and works fine for me....carry a pump but never have used it when out riding .

i run the evolr's and i played with the pressure a bit till i found a happy medium now i just adjust the compression and rebound to suite the condition. i run about 10lbs more air then most im running the 65-75 psi up fron with out a sway bar i think that it is the best set up
