Gonna give the flattops a try this weekend. Never been over there. Can someone point me to the good riding areas. whats best way to get thier.

I like riding up Transfer Trail right in Glenwood Spgs. It puts you right into the deeeeeep in about 20 min, and it's a short drive from GJ.

We were going to go to Transfer today, but the trail is ROUGH, and won't be groomed for another couple days ......hitting 4-mile again!!!

thanks for the info, ended up goin up on the mesa again, met some friends, really want to head up that way soon though. the mesa's snow is gettin terrible!!!!! no carvin bliss when its crusty

i don't know anything bout that area. heard lots of great things bout it though. how is the snow. is it anything like what the mesa has right now.

All the areas around here are pretty tracked up We are going to 4-mile tomorrow wishing it would snow tonight.

Wife was stuck but still moving, dug a pretty nice ditch, watching it snow from our cabin a short ways from the flattops. Hope to go riding in the morning or any day this week. anyone riding is welcome to join us.
