First timers

Headed out to Wyoming 3/1 - 3/8 ..flying into the Jackson Area, we are looking at staying at Budges lower slide cabins ( in kelly) and renting from Jackson hole adventure rentals. We can ride trails any day at home so we are looking to find some steep and deep. Obviously Togwotee is the mecca, however without going there are we in the right area.... even close ? thanks

about in the middle, you will need too go towards tog., or ALpine. talk to the sled rental people, they will help! if you can tow the sleds, you would be better off driving too either!

If you have never been to the mountains before buy a sled to sled snow bunjie and have one of the local riders show you how to use it. They make a big difference.

I live in Jackson and ride just about every day, there are some great riding areas closer than Togwotee and Alpine which are (both great riding areas as well). You will have some great options from where you are staying. I am always looking for other riders to team up with if you guys need an additional rider.

thanks for the feedback guys... I am going to call and make the reservations... we will be renting 3 -800 153"s from adventure rentals and staying at budges cabin 1 or 3 from march 3rd-7th. Can't wait to get out there - riding in the north east this year has been poor, cant get off the trail with out hitting a stump or rock......Looks like Jackson area has been getting hit hard recently!
