First Time to Rabbit Ears - Tips?

Hey guys - i was thinking about heading up to rabbit ears/steamboat area this weekend for some riding with the lady and want to get some tips on where to park/ride.

We have been riding Spring Creek near Kremmling and VP but I'm getting a little bored with the same scenery every weekend.

Probably just going to take a mellow cruise, and i found this map:

Any recommendations on trail maps, trails to take and places to park?
