First Ride of the season on the New Pro Climb M800

It was a crazy storm, dumped more snow on casper mountain than what the snowies got. If it warms up it will be gone in a couple days, was just lucky to be able to ride. Grand kids called me and was bragging on being the first to ride this year. My trailer was still in the shop, had to get it and load up. Did all that in less than 30 minutes, was on casper mountain in an hour. Got to ride about 3 hours. It was by no means boondocking, had to stick to safe known areas. Sure didn't want to leave an "A Arm" on a tree stump.

As for ROCKDog2112,

There are a lot of aftermarket shops for that Z120. pipe kit, governor kit, velocity stack, etc. Next photo lets see the skies off the ground. ha ha .
nothing better than to see young kids having fun. RickM

He loved every second. Always does. He's got a 340 Indy Lite for next year. The 120 is going to get sold I think. He's been riding the 120 for a couple of years now. I think it's time.

Rode my 800PC today in Utah. Took an M7, M8 and m1000 to compare. Was really impressed with the PC. Cat did an amazing job building a better slef than the M.

$hit didn't know you guys got that much snow up there, excellent!

I talked with the Zbroz guys at the Denver Snow show last weekend. They are coming up with a steering linkage kit that will allow for 15deg more turning ability of the ski's. I'm definitely gonna pick that up when it's released, along with their new A-arms that are out already. The new a-arms have camber adjustment, along with serviceable bushings!!!!! Not to mention they are chromoly.

Did the Zbroz guys mention to you what width of a-arms they will be offering? Seems like lots of guys are opting for the 38inch set-up from cat, I'd rather pay a bit more for Zbroz product then buy stock a-arms.

Zbroz

I called Zbroz today, they are working on a fairly wide variety of A Arms.
He talked of wider ones for the trail riders, and said they would have the narrower ones for the mountains some time later, he mentioned of having
an adjustable top ball joint for camber adjustment.
For right now I'm sticking with the stock ones until I get a little more seat
time.
What I noticed Sunday when I rode 22 miles, The PC is easy to bring up on its side any time you want. I have to learn the balance point so you don't go too far over and fail to recover.

That can be adjusted with front shocks and rear skid pressures for different snow conditions. I noticed there was always a fine line you could hit on the all around shock setup on any sled. You may want to play around a little to see if it benefits you.

Thanks Rickm, awesome to hear the sled tips up real nice with the 40inch setup. I got an HCR coming and ride allot of trees 42inch stance might be little to much, will be looking to narrow up the stance. Just couldn't pass up on the green white colour combo of the HCR.
