President-elect Donald Trump’s pick for education secretary thinks some K-12 schools may decide they need a gun on campus — to protect themselves from bear attacks, for example.
When Sen. Chris Murphy, D-Conn., asked Betsy DeVos if she thinks guns should be allowed on school premises, DeVos said that decision should be left up to local lawmakers who might have specific needs. Like grizzly bears.
"I would imagine there's a gun in the school to protect from potential grizzlies," she said, referencing the school in Wapiti, Wyoming.

Wow, the abhorrent revulsion of Obama combined with the extremely incredible infatuation with Trump that you guys have is almost freaky. I remember when Obama was elected republicans were screaming that the world was going to stop turning and we was all going to fall off. Well we Americans survived it; it must have been a dark terrifying time for republicans to have a democrat for president. Now the republicans have their champion in the whitehouse and the dems are screaming its the end of the world. Going to be a dark terrifying time for the democrats. But us Americans will survive it.
