Favorite Sledding Video

Yea now that I think about it Slednecks Y2K was good. Roops of Hazard/Heavy Metal are always at the top of my list. It was pretty cool that my riding buddies and myself were on the latest Roops/Heavy Metal Endless Winter. I also remember we were at the BIS 2006 and were riding when the Thunderstruck crew showed up. I hucked this cornice when they were filming, but my buddy Tyson said they didn't even film it. They filmed each other doing the smaller drop. Tyson still hates the Thunderstruck movies!

That's how they roll. They have the biggest undeserved ego's of anyone I have met. Not all of them, just the core thunderstuck guys. Have seen them at the Boise snow show a couple times.
Between their own self inflation and morons like McFarkle throwing his panties at them, it is no surprise they didn't film you. If they don't know you, you aren't cool.

It's funny how you said that because Tyson and I were at the Alberta Sled show the following year. Tyson was quite "verbal" about how he felt about the thunderstruck movies/crew at their booth. That was the first time my girlfriend met Tyson, she couldn't stop laughing about him telling the T-struck crew their movies were gay!

I got a vote for redneck fury. I only got it on vhs but i think its just about worn out. "I've got my southern pride" hehe good old song.

I hear ya!!!! How about Megadeaths "Trust" to get you stoked to go ride!!! You can tell when our crew is unloading because you can often hear that song blasting trough the open doors of my sled truck!! How about that hot tub party in it? We have often tried to have a party like that! Any hot hookers or strippers wanna have a hot tub party?!:D:D:D

509 - First Ascent.... I think Tom has the most professional put together movies by far. The riding is also very good...

Alticity - I think #4... the A-Team one... just lots of entertainment...

I agree Megadeath can make anybody want to ride!! Hell I think I could drop a 100 footer if I listened to KILL THE KING!! I like to old tscs vids, when they actually had riders not freestyle crap! the sled neck videos in the early years also.

Too many new and old school stuff to choose from but I will say every Roops of Hazard vid I see I just stare and ask: "Where is all that snow??" I forget which # it was but the one where there's like 4 sleds stuck in the field and the guy is rippin around all of em on the Snowhawk, was fun to watch... Sounds simple, ain't no big chute, cornice drop or backflip, but Roops always had the deep pow that gets ya salivating to go ride.

A few years ago I watched a vid, i think it was called Powder Bound..?? i dont kno, but it was a pretty good one, had pretty old sleds in it..the sleds I can afford now

my vote goes to acclivity in cooke by sumitt HD. i also really like the heavy metal movies. anything with burandt in it is worth watching as well. i too think thunderstruck is waaaay overrated. almost all turbos now and by and large all point and shoot type of riding. not my style by any stretch of the imagination. just another moron's opinion.:p

Agreed. Any idiot can point a super turbo at a hill and make it to the top. Those turbos can get to the top themselves! The rider, I mean poser is just for the photo shoot or video reel. Bring those boys from thunderSTUCK around here to put trails through the trees into the zones and film that! But nobody wants to watch a video of those over inflated egos pose down in the bush stroking each other off while 4 of them try to get 1 sled turned around. Hill climbing... Now that's a real skill? More of a wallet contest!

Ya those guy's are a bunch of moron's, they proable ride in group's just so they can figure out how to start one another's machines. Those turbo sled's should come with remote control's so guys like you that have no balls and no skill's at bragging and patting each other on the back would now what the top af a step climb looks like. Sorry I take it all back because I do not want to get into a big pissing match with some idiot that rips around in the parking lot thinking he has the skill of Burant. Props to any rider who is pushing the envelope in any vidieo, it all takes skill to do what they are doing in these vids.
