Farmington -

Is farmington like bountiful. I am taking up a newb that has never been on a sled and was thinking bountiful might be a little much for him?

I was up farmington today on the backside of Francis Peak and there was about 6 inches of fresh with most areas having a terrible layer of ice under that. Visibilty was little to none on top but cleared around 2:30.

As for taking a newb up farmington, he would be alright if you go towards bountiful at the gate. That area has some riding that is alright for beginners.

Rode farmington for the first time today with a few awesome riders. I was amazed at the skills. What an awesome day no one else really up their. Awesome weather and some good snow. Rolled some sled once or twice, hit a few trees and broke some parts. It was a great day to end the season for me.

Glad you had a good day.:D
Sucks you had damage.:(
Hope your summer is good.;)

As Hector would say: Adios Amigos

We went up tuesday night from 7:30pm to 12:00 am. We were jumping off that huge cornice just south of the towers. Awesome powder + full moon = epic night ride. My budy has pictures on his camera. I'll have to see if i can get a hold of them.

Hey Edge I was driving out of the canyon about 11:30P where did you all park? I think I remember a ride at sunset. I think I heard you guys riding on the way back from a tower run but couldn't see anyone. Crazy pow for spring eh?! And JMX did I say you could ride up Farmington? :face-icon-small-win you better get that sled fixed because there is still plenty of snow left.

Sorry! We saved allot of pow for ya still. I like farmington allot better than BNTFL though. Hopefully I can get her fixed looking to be $500 for such small tree it really hurt. If I only had WXN's luck.
