Fake Fireplace Electric Heaters

Anyone seen these things at Menards/Home Depot. They are a fake fireplace electric heaters for your home. I looked at them yesterday. THey just look like a fancy plug in electric heater.
I have a little stand electric heater I bought at Sams CLub for $40 750-1500 watts. Doesn't work real good unless in a super small room. And the fireplace ones just look like a fancy version of those.

Anyone have one???

We have one in our master suite and my daughter has one in her room. They heat ok but they tend to make noise after a while from the rotating drum that makes the fake fire.

We used one last year for our 12 x 24 living room, it ran on high 24/7 to keep it warm enough, I think it cost us about $80 a month just to heat that room. We picked up a pellet stove for this year.
