Maybe someone can explain something to me about these "outlaw" events. Why do some people show up with their hillclimber circuit jersey/number on? I'm not talking about on their sleds... I'm talking about the guys that show in their bright orange numbered RMSHA jersey.

Maybe that is the only riding gear they have?

That pic sure looks like Sunridge!!
Im betting he isnt worried about his carbides, just trying to get one last boost fix before loading up:D:beer;

His sled wasn't even warmed up yet when he pulled that stunt..

DOH!!!! What's behind him?

you must be talkin about spank!

it seems to have worked since you noticed him! He was riding travis' m1000T, if he was on his then the jersey would have matched the sled!!

That pic will live in infamy Kim. Ten years from now people will still be breaking it out to get in a cheap shot at you. We all have them. I have the Justy pic. Some poor fool is still getting hammered because he ran into MP and was wearing a NMFH. It could be worse for you. Be glad you weren't passed out with Scott draping is nutsack across your brow.

I had my chances at 12:30am when I arrived.

What kind of dude leaves his wife and family, picks up an unknown dude who drives a Prius in Salt Lake...aka TOTAL STRANGER...drives to Idaho, shares a room with said ax murderer, goes to sleep and proceeds to leave the door open for another total stranger whom he met on the internet?

thanks sunridge for the point well made I allmost didnot go to fairview this year because of the poor sportsmanship displayed by some, but I love fast sleds and the good sports that are out there make it worth it for me so go ahead and rip on me if it makes ya feel better I dont have anything to prove I have all ready put my sled places this year that should be aginst the law,and was aginst the law of gravity,
just so ya know,on the way to race bowl my clutch feel apart so I limped back to the trailer got another one and then gave a freind a ride back to the bowl from the truck by the time I got there it was down to the top 6 guys I think I raced 7 times maybe 8 before I volenteered to start the top 5 I in no way declared the winners or order I just posted what the racers told me when they came down the hill and all I get from that is bashed well I can take it so bash on if it makes you feel better ,
I think next year when my freinds call and invite me to revy the same weekend as fairview I will be going to revy.

Sled guy, I know what you mean it was me wearing my race clothes!! and a few others that I seen. The way I look at it is, if Polaris wants to suport me in racing and having a good time I will take all the clothes I can get no matter how goofy it looks, that way I have more money to spend on my sleds!!! LOL
oh and also it is the only clothes that I have and have had for about 5 years now it is all good, I am just having a good time just like every one else And I hope I dont look too much like a dork out there, but then again I realy dont care what others think. LOL!!!! I also just came from a hill climb race. Matty is right if I would have been riding my own sled it would have matched, but right now I have nothing that even comes close to running with the fast guys. I was just lucky that Travis was letting me crank up his M1000 turbo and run out some spendy gas for him!! It is the fastest sled I have ever rode KUDO'S to Travis and Garr that thing rails BIG TIME!!!

By the time that Travis and Garr (Pure-Logic) was done it was running 16 lbs of boost from what I could see (kinda hard to look at when you are going 100mph up a hill)Then to add to the fire I go back and Travis says it it running smooth I said yes he said hang on a few, pulls off the side panel and turns on the nitrous bottle OH BABY!!! Then the beast was really railing!!! We did need a bigger nozzel for it to make enough difference at that kind of boost level to beat the fastest sleds there but I tell you what, that sled was gettin it on it was freakin RAD!!!
I can't imagine ridding Linderman's or some of the big Yamy's holy crap! I just love it all. Thanks again Pure-Logic & OVS It was the fastest M1000 Turbo there and I think it was in the top fastest sleds

To top it all off these sleds is what they build for their customers to go ride. Now that's CRAZY!!!!

product tester, keep you chin up buddy, nobody wanted to hurt your feelings… just wanted to point out the inconsistencies in your posts. You’re the one that labeled it “official results” and then change it up, both times plugging your own product witch wasn’t even in the top four. Besides with all the crap you’ve dealt and all the bashing you’ve done over the last year I thought you might be able to handle it. So if I made you cry I’m truly sorry…But if you’re not going to say it strait I’m going to point it out.

Shain, I somehow missed your sled running this year. Last year you come over and called me out, so I brought a little extra boost this year, and didn't even see you until the last few races. It sounds like your ride was running good though.

Lots of fast sleds there, and good sportsmanship that would make most soft guys happy......

Personally, I liked last years hill far more. First, all the racing was in one spot, so you didn't miss anything, and more people lined up together. Second, that turning out at the top is for the birds.

And my props to a couple folks, Dustin O'Brien, and Scott Stevens, their sleds seemed to be going nearly non-stop all day. For pushing as much power as these sleds are, its a true testament of how well these things are built being rallied as hard as they were. Kudos!
