2004 F7 Firecat
D&D Big Bore 800
Aerocharger 53 6-7psi
153" track 2.25" lug 13.5" Wide

I'm around 170lbs :boxing: (depending on the morning ritual hahaha:painkiller:)

Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what i should run for clutching. I have 50g base adjustable weights that i can set the weights to the tip, middle, or close to the pivot point. For my clutching parts i have.... (Bold is what i have installed right now from just my big bore 800 not changed yet for turbo)

Weights
50g Base Adjustable Weights
Speedwerx Q1 68.5 gram
671/70
695/67
Cat 75 Gram
D&D Heavy Tip 75 gram

Helix's
60/54X
60/50
58/52
48/56

Springs

I have installed a speedwerx titanium primary spring with the blue mark, and a dark navy blue in the secondary.

For gears i have 22 upper and 41 lower. I'm looking to swap them out for the turbo as well.

What about the weights even? If i could get just the weights to run for 1800-2000 feet, and 5000-9000, i can just experiment until i find something i like.

Try your 75 gram cat weights
your 48/56 helix or a straight 47 or 49 if you have one.
for primary spring try a 160/310 range and bring one a bit stiffer if your having trouble holding rpms.

If it works good you should pull this combo. if your not making hp then use the 671/70 weights

8000-8200 rpm

I have adjustable weights, that i'm going to be using, i just listed all the clutching i have.

I will try using my 50g adjustable with 25g extra on each weight, where should i put the weight? the tip?

Thanks for the response, that's what i was looking for, just a general number to start on. I will work from that.

Thanks again!
