F150 eco boost?

I am driving this truck my company owns. Does the twin turbo work with one low rpm and one high rpm. Or do they boost each 3 cylinders equally?

Also do you have to run 92 octane to get the best mileage or will 87 get you close to max mileage?

They are a twin set up. But push same boost into a 2 to 1 intercooler and the. 1 out to intake manifold.
