If the stock wheels are 7" and these are 7 1/4 they are not that much larger in diameter. I don't see why they wouldn't work on the outside. $110.00 shipped in the lower 48 states.

You would have to change to the 20mm or 3/4 bearing. IDK i there still using the stock bearings found in your stock idlers, I know I have switched lots over buying wrong ones now and then.
