I couldn't care less how it is done. I just wish states would start enforcing their death penalties in a timely manner and removing these financial burdens to society from the face of the earth. You get one appeal within a year of conviction. You lose your one appeal and your time in this world is done at sunrise the next morning. Game over!!

The last execution that was done in the country just the other day, The guy suffered for 15 minutes before he was declared dead. It is reported that he gasped for breath and snorted and grunted for the 15 minutes the execution took, I think if they can't do it so that the person doesn't suffer, execution should be banned all together. Why should anyone being put to death have to suffer?
Personally, I could care less if he suffered!!!!!!!
If I recall, this guy raped and murdered a woman, what about the pain & suffering she endured????????
Answer this, if he did this to a member of your family, would you be so concerned whether he suffered???????? I sure as hell wouldn't!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why SHOULDN'T anyone being put to death have to suffer? The families of the victims will suffer every day for the rest of their lives after this scum decides to rape, murder, women, children, men. It's not like we put people to death for stealing a tv or writing bad checks. These people have takin a life, most gruesomely!
Once their guilty, no more than a month should go by before their executed. And who cares how!
But this is all coming down to the cost of execution now, the cost to build a gas chamber, the cost to build gallows, the cost of lethal injection.
Bullets are cheap, and of placed right it will be painless, unless all of the shooters decide to go for the knee cap. Would be tempting.

Hahaha, It's been a little sleepy around here lately. I was just trying to wake it up a little! Seems like it stirred and then went right back to sleep. Personally I don't care how long they suffer while being executed. 1,2 or even 10 hours of suffering is not enough before death finally takes them. And I think hanging on the courthouse lawn for all the world to see should be brought back.
In this day and age of reality TV and the internet, may I suggest rather than a firing squat as it was previously. Make it like a few of those large hunting ranches where you log in, pay your fee, and get to shoot the target / convicted offender from the comfort of your own home. That way the victims could exact there revenge, the rich could do it for sport. Everyone that wanted to watch it could participate for a modest fee.

When we are walking on eggshells afraid to offend anyone, it dismisses the checks and balances of society and with that the whole society crumbles because the individuals sense of values and morality go unchecked. They could start with the mild lethal injections where we could watch the mild convulsing followed by the lifeless body losing it's solid & liquid contents.
Then when that no longer sells we up the ante & use the gas chamber so we can watch the desperate struggle to suck in good air which is no longer there.
Followed by the lifeless body losing it's solid & liquid contents.
Next month can be the electric chair.
We can watch eyeballs circle in un-natural rotations while smoke emits from various orifices.
Followed by the lifeless body losing it's solid & liquid contents.
Then we can observe the gallows where the platform that the scoundrel is standing on simply disappears followed by a short fall which is just sufficient to give the necka quick "snap".
Followed by the lifeless body losing it's solid & liquid contents.
Then the firing squad where we get to see a living body turned instantly into swiss cheese drizzled in a beautiful crimson bloodbath.
Followed by the lifeless body losing it's solid & liquid contents.
Once the buys on firing squad style tapers we can hold contests where the viewers can submit suggestions on kill styles where the winners get an all expense paid trip to Texas to administer the ultimate victory themselves!

I dont care how they do it I just wish they would A LOT more often. Id say at least half of the 2.2 million prisoners we have are a waste of good air. I would volunteer for a firing squad.
