Evo Exhaust?

I put a Evo silencer on my sled an it was really hard to get the evo silencer pipe and the stock pipe lined up also the arm going to frame didn't line up . Does anybody have any more info on their install

Put mine on Saturday, it lined up pretty close on the bracket. I just left everything loose got all bolts and clamps in place and tightened everything up. Went together pretty good.

Alot of the aftermarket exhausts are fitting the sleds different. The frames ect have variances.

I had mine in and out a few times! I finally had to open up the ends of the brace and kinda beat it into place as it needed to go in and down at the same time and then used the retainer bolt to tighten it back up. After that it all lined up pretty well.

We have had some fitment issues with the 2.5" exhaust when they are purchased from the 4 bolt flange back. We have redesigned this section so all future exhausts will fit better.

Is it posible to get the replacemant up pipe on the silencer I think it is putting stress on the turbo and turbo up pipe?
