if a pro senses detonation, does the dash say so?...DETO?

or does the engine light just come on?

An arctic cat will say code 23 or OCTANE on the dash....anyone know?

sorry, for being a pain....my manual said one thing, and the experts in the parking lot said another...my dealer just verified that it will say " DET " on the dash.

My problems were TPS and TSS all along.....now fixed
