Ethanol-Free Petition

This link has been passed around other areas of this site but I thought I'd post it here too. Sources say by this fall there will be no more Eth-Free gas available.

Don't want to start a huge debate but I have run ethanol in everything I own for 10 years and have had no issues. At the snowy range a couple weeks ago our whole group fueled up with 10% ethanol and nobody noticed anything unusual??? If you have a newer fuel injected sled there should not be an issue.

A: I signed the petition.

B: I have also run ethanol gas, probably*, in everything I own. Old boat (1974), lawnmower, 2 sleds (1996 and 2001) and my cars and trucks. Never had a problem I could trace back to ethanol gas. YMMV.

*I say probably because every gas pump I ever fueled up at has the ethanol sticker on it, but I suppose some of the time it might not have ethanol in the fuel.

You may not notice anything at first, BUT when your fuel pump goes out and your hoses are rotting off an brittle and your carbs plug up after a couple of weeks sitting around then you will take notice and say why didn't I sign that petition.
