Engine Down! My Stage IV 800 CFI loses crank bearing, piston, cylinder, ect....

so the 2008 cylinder is a go. It looks pretty good. Bought the crank today from Tri-city for $1000. ughhhhhh

Is that short block/lower end or just the crank?

If it was new, it is just the crank. I found a used PTO end for $300 and had Crankworks assemble/ index it on my crank for $180. Hopefully have mine back together and down the road soon.

Unfortunately skibreeze is right, $1000 is for the crank only.

Glad you found a good crank for cheaper.

My crank had some metal damage on where the rod bearings go. It would have been like $600 for a nee pto end and rebuild, then 2 weeks wait time.

I'm too impatient!!

Stay posted, dropped the fix off today at the engine builders.
