Ok I just got a enclosed and was wondering if you guys secure the sleds in anyway to keep them from moving around if you have to make a quick stop any help would be good thanks

do they move on you
Mine do, not alot but they do move. It takes a whole 10 seconds and tie downs aren't expensive. How much are your sleds worth to ya?
It's gonna depend on if you have trailer glides or not. Not to mention if you have an accident and how serious it is. I have glides in my trailer and they would be all over the place. In fact I had one break an alum tie down and the ski punched punched partway thru the plywood at the front of my trailer.
Yes, Superclamps the only way to go.

TIE EM DOWN
My riding buddy didn"t tie his down for a long time. Then I noticed he had a set of SuperClamps and the sleds are all tied down. I just had to ask after all the cr@p he gave me when I was clamping the sleds down in my trailer. He looked up and said " I don't want to Freaking talk about it" Now I could not let it go that easy. He was a proud new owner of a sled and on his way home and WHOOOA a IDIOT pulled out in front of him. After a change of shorts and a quick peek in trailer and his new baby was on it side all torn up.

In an inclosed trailer it is the law to secure your snowmobiles down, I here it every year, you will not believe the amount of accidents that happen, and the sleds are damaged becaused they were not tied down. I have never understood why you would invest so much money in the sledding yet some people are so ignorent on securing their investment down in their inclosed trailers. I dont make the laws, but I have COMMON SENSE to tie my investment down, (WOW,and it only takes seconds). To all that dont tie your sleds down in your inclosed trailers, it is just a matter of time!!!!! And to all that tie their sleds down, GREAT JOB keep it safe. To all that use Superclamp, Thank You.
