Where do you run your limiter straps and how does it affect weight transfer

Tighter is less transfer, looser is more transfer.

In relation to hill climbing... is more better??

Tighter will bring the front end down, looser will stand it up. Hill climbing you want a good middle, as much track on the ground as you can with as little ski and belly touching.
