FTX has a couple of the billet extended chaincases left. They move the drive shaft down and inch or so and back 3/8" (if memory serves). Easy to install with templates and best thing is it keeps the jack shaft in stock location.
I did one on my '03 chassis. Made a huge difference for "snow mobility".
