ECU Tuning

The Bully Dog downloader does re-flash stock ecu's with custom tuning. The tuning will be available through the companies that have access to Bully Dogs custom tuning software for the Polaris ECU.

Right now that is Boondockers and Slp.

I believe there is boondockers, slp, mtntk, silber, and a few others that have it from what I've heard.

So with more and more shops able to flash the ecu with Bully, why would you need to spend $2000+ on a Vipec ecu?

I think it's more about budget and wants than needs. There is still plenty the Vipec can do that the bullydog can not, but the bullydog is a lighter duty interface with all the features needed to get a big bore or boosted sled running well with no buttons to push for the end user.
