Ecoboost surging

what ambient temps does it do it at? The intercooler issue occurs most often just above freezing, when it's very humid, and during low RPM conditions.

My '12 did it once, not sure if this could be the same issue you're having...?

My 11' does the same thing under very light acceleration, like slowly creeping from 50kph and up. I can hear the surge as well, air "gushing" in and out of the intake/turbo's - it almost sounds like the waste gate and turbo's are fighting each other?
