Sorry to hear this. I just got more info from Robo this morning. no details of how. BUT... Thayne broke his Femur just below the ball yesterday sledding. He is going into surgery now at IHC next to I15 in SLC. We all wish you well, Thayne.

Robo will update us I would guess on here.

This year took a toll! Sorry, Thayne. If you need anythig at all, let us know.

He's in the IMC on 53rd South. Please post if anyone hears how surgery went today. Tough fracture, since it was so high.....sounds like the neck of the femur. Anyone know who the surgeon was today?

just talked to Pete. He never went into surgery until 2 pm and he is still in recovery now at 9 pm. damn! Long day for sure for him. Wishing you well, Thayne. Hate to hear this for you.

yup tough deal, last i heard still in recovery. Not that it really matters, however he was riding his dirt bike at Jordan Parkway sat. morning, he was jumping a blind landing and someone had crashed on the landing and Thayne unknowing landed on the fallen rider. Sucks now, he is a tough kid and im sure in time he will be just fine!

Is he still in the hospital? If so, what room? I'm going to be up that way and thought I'd stop by and see him.

vibes. get well soon. enjoy the painkillerz.

side note, i saw a truck in slc with a huge "rock star" decal on the back window.

lol. it was an imposter. My truck was in Nebraska yesterday, Ohio tonight and 1000 islands tomorrow. lol road trip!

so how is THAYNE!??? good i hope. someone check in on him.... My painkillerz are working fine!

Thanks guys, it sucked but what do you do? Doc Hillyard rocked! Like Pete said maybe not the guy you want to go party with on Friday night but good to do a 7 1/2 hour surgery on you the next day. Thanks again!

Yea, good to hear you are on the way to getting well.

Let us know if you need anything... I could go ride your motorcycle for you and make sure it wasn't the bike's fault.
