Dynamo joe clutch kit

I have 14.6g of weight, clicker 4, 160/380 TEAM primary spring, 417 arms, and DJ's helix along with a floating spacer for the secondary and it rips at 8-12000 feet!. What sled do you have?

You need a clutch puller to get the secondary off. It's kind of a PIA. I just took mine to my dealer, and paid him $20 to put it in. I didn't feel like buying all the tools since I had an feeling I wouldn't be going back to the stock helix. They were doing my handwarmers at the same time, so I didn't pay too much attention to detail.

It is not that hard. You mean primary anyhow. A clutch puller is about the price you paid to have the dealer take it apart, but you keep the tool. NOt hard at all. If you can turn a wrench and crank a bolt, you're good.

Buy a 2 foot long threaded rod about 3/4" dia. and to big washers, and 2 big nuts. You can use this to take apart the secondary to get the spring in or out(once its off the machine).
The tools are minimal compared to the knowledge you gain while doing your own clutch tuning, but to each his own I guess.
