quick question, I cannot find answer.

can I use a steel drive shaft from a '17 Axys chain case sled on belt driven 850?
reason I ask: I have a steel shaft from my old sled that I would like to put 3.0 pitch drivers on and use with a new track.

thanks

Yes, you can do this. I just did the same thing on my 2019 850 belt drive sled a couple of weeks ago. You will need a shorter bolt for the bottom belt drive sprocket. Not sure of the length for the new bolt.

anyone know this? chaincase bolt is 20mm long, belt drive bolt is 45mm long

thanks

My TKI belt drive uses an ARP M10x1.25x 25mm bolt on my steel driveshaft in my 850 (same as steel driveshaft on my 800 TKI belt drive)
