Dragon/IQ RMK handling

If you take the front track shock and lay it down (put the top in the lower hole) it keeps the front end down on climbs, and makes more ski pressure on the down hill. Its a very easy thing to try, thats what id try.

Yes but my sled is already setup that way so maybe instead of trying to get more pressure on skis I should go the other way to get more bite from the track while on the down hill and get it to turn with less throttle....

Honestly I would give SLP Powder pro's a shot for what your looking for. Also do the Carl's mod to them. The lip on the edges of the ski will initiate the turn on the downhill for you and the Carl's mod will help make that more drastic by removing that lip on the back of the ski thereby letting the front pivot up more. Also there is two different mounting options in the saddle for the Powder pro and SLT. this will give you an option to help control that.

I'm running them on my 08 RMK and love them. Yeah they can be a little on the aggressive side on hard pack but that's what I like.

too much weight forward

The dragon is very sensitive to body position. I think moving the bars back will fix your down hill problem. It seems to me you've got too mass forward on the sled. I had issues like this with the 900. Just too nose heavy to fight going down hill. Roll the bars back, take a step back and lean up hill. She comes right around. It's not going to work sitting down knees pressed against the hood. Of course grabbing a fist of throttle will powerslide the track around, but will also load up the springs on the skis and bounce you up the hill like Tigger.
