double tilt trailer

going to look at a double tilt trailer tonite, nice looking trailer from the pics and has only 1000 miles if that on it, whats this thing worth, hes asking 1300, are they a good trailer? looks like it would be more convenient then a single tilt, opinions.

Anywhere from $200 to $1500 depending on what it is????

aluminum, no V its a tilt, not sure on the manufacturer i think its double tilt, its an 07 or 08. 10 footer, and no accessories, pretty much brand new
