Money in hand before it ships out. I just bought some weights from Cutler, I had to pay before they would send them to me. You gave the guy a more than fair deal, and he could probably relist the item on the forum and get all his money+ back. Bum deal for you, I'm glad it isn't a substancial amount of money.

icr if you sent it USPS you might want to look into filing a fraud claim with them.

Seriously though its a bum deal, I run a small shop and people come in and order stuff and never show back up to pay for it or they say they found something else, it sucks, I try to have them pay first now because of people like that.

This is DBlock. I sent your pipe to you. Its not my fault your on the other side of the world. This is why it took so long for you to get back. The pipe was in terrible condition, to say the least. I would never buy anything from this "thing" again. I shipped the pipe back, have a reciept to prove it, and tracking that you received it. You standing in line at the post office is NOT my fault. I stood in line to send it back to you. Next time you list a pile of sh*t for sale, explain exactlly that, "PILE of SH*T FOR SALE. I am not in the wrong here and you know that.... You received the pipe and I have records from the postal service. SO lay-off, "thing"!

I did receive the pipe 6 weeks after contacting you about not paying for it. I should have posted that on here once I received it and it's my fault for not thinking to do so.
You are in the wrong and you know it. The pipe was in good condition...I SENT YOU PICTURES OF IT BEFORE SHIPPING IT. Could you explain to me what was wrong with the pipe specifically? I'd like to know since you've never said anything about it before.
You're right, I live in AK..it takes longer to ship things to and from here....but it only took seven days for you to receive the pipe....why did it take SIX WEEKS for me to get it back? More specifically...why did you NEVER mail the check for payment that you said you would? I never agreed to wait for payment until after you received the pipe... so obviously the condition of the pipe wasn't the issue...you never intended to pay for it. You even told me after receiving the pipe you had bought twin pipes for your sled and that was why you didn't want it. You've never said anything about the condition of the pipe until now.
This is in the past..I'm over it and willing to drop it since I did get my pipe back and I feel people have been warned about your crooked business practices. But if you want to continue telling lies and name calling I'll keep telling people the truth.

I rode with Mike a couple times last year and I remember him mentioning this situation. You know what's funny jackazz, your user name was never mentioned. He wasn't looking to give you a bad name, just pizzed that someone could be so underhanded. It's obvious by your posts who is wrong in this situation so you might just wanna let this thread die....

You are buying used pipes, if you havent noticed snowmobilers are hard on stuff. You agreed to buy it you should have paid end of story.
You could get a nice meal at a mexican food place but dont expect them to take it back when it burns your azz on the way out!

Very well said..... A man is only as good as his word... He said i will buy, deal is done.... If you change ur mind, then you deal with, re-sell it.... To never send the check, it's guys like this that make everyone nervous on here...
I personally have had excellent dealings with everyone I have dealt with, and hope to continue so....
Yeah, just post his info and let the other disgruntled snowmachiners deal with him, no one likes to be publically humilitated time and time again. It should send him a nice message of what people think of his actions.

Paypal has hooked me up on a couple squeaky deals, on here and on ebay. I think it's a must if you're buying/selling items through strangers. I'm a pretty trusting guy too, but there's just too many scheisty bastages out there
