had a neighborhood BBQ this evening... big inflatable castle for the kids...

Met a few neighbors I haven't met yet... They know me as "The guy with the snowmobile"

The people in the C-unit in my building have been there for about 8 years. Heard some interesting history about my place... specifically about the guy that ahd it before my sellers... :\
 
I guess the guy totally trashed this place... garbage waist-high. You always see the hoarders on TV, their house stuffed with trash... guess that's how my house was.

Then they left, guess nobody knew the place went into foreclosure. THe people I bought it from totally gutted the place.... new drywall that I didn't know about.

Real interesting to hear about that kind of stuff. This place has definately been an adventure in my life.

hahahha, yeaaaaah.... then there was the other time with the tree... and then the back window of my truck... and the ramp coming off the tailgate of my truck as I was loading... and gettin thrown off comin up a cornice... sled rolled a few times after that, hit me, then kept roling down the hill... I was the last in the group, so luckily nobody saw that one... got everythign picked up and snapped back on my sled and was just coming up the cornice again as the group was coming back for me...

Maybe since I have a season's experience now, I won't be quite as bad this coming season... maybe...

There's a reason I wear not only a helmet, but knees and a tekvest too... :face-icon-small-dis
 
f'n gf keeps calling to see if I am stil mad at her logic of house buying.....


Good thing my phone is a piece of crap from work and most calls don't come through, I can keep hitting ignore....

turn the power off and if she says anything just say you had it on the charger, it was dead.

haha, only fell off once last year, got stuck quite a few times cause I don't care how deep of powder I go in, the worst was trying to go through some cat tails(flatlanders know this) where the bottom has no base but powder hanging on the tops of them, stood the sled stright up right in the middle of a patch, AWESOME ride, but sucked digging out...
