nice... I've been reinforcing plastics with 1/8"x1" aluminum chunks... i busted a lot of stuff last year runnin my knee through the top cowl and into the side panel :\

ditto that, lose a lot of plastic gromets with the old design... take some pics when your done!!!
 
i got a crack in my lexon hood now, thats what you get for sharing your storage shed! but man my sled looks sweet with powder pros and new shocks

We are looking for a place right now for once we get married, but all she thinks about is her current roomates needs. The roomate wants a three bedroom and about 200 more a month total so that her pay would be less... Long run of me and her would be killer...


She doesnt see it that way....


Only good thing is that it has a detatched heated garage, can go sit out there and be pissed instead of coming here and doing this.
 
tomorrow's project... going to redo the welds, used the wrong filler when I did it the first time. Comes off real easy.

Also throw an aluminum bracket on there with something to hook the side panel on
 
hey mule i learned if you dont hit your knees on your plastics you wont break um lol

puls dont hit a rock at 30 while turning on a 98 rmk... i broke the fiberglass off with my knees and hit my face on the windsheild.
 
Yeah... Maybe if I'd learn to ride and not wreck so often, I won't have to fix as much stuff on my sled next summer :D

I've done the over-the-hood launch too... hooked a tree, sled stopped and I didn't.

Haha, with all this metal reinforcment, you might need to upgrade the knee guards or you will have some busted up patellas!
 
hahaha, yeap... .that's why I'm still single. I don't tolerate drama like that too well.

Luckily my dog doesn't talk much :)

He got a bath, brushed a bunch of fur off him, brushed his teeth, and trimmed his nails this afternoon. Doesn't smell like stinky dog anymore.
