Does anyone just ride stock???

I've got a 1999 and a 2000 MM 700 Triples. Both are completely stock. I know there's a lot of stuff that can be done to these but I personally love them just the way they are. I have yet to own a machine with any mods but I've towed a few out of the bush. I have a 2007 Phazer completely stock as well.

I never mod the engine.
Gearing, venting and ergo changes are what I normally do to a sled.

Well, I'm pretty guilty here, but I'm blaming it on Skinz Protective Gear. Until I handed the sled over to them I was only going to do simple mods that help make the sled more suitable to how I ride. Like Ollie stated clutching and gearing. I add some venting too.
I have done successfull motor mods in the past, but I'm over it now. I prefer to spend my time getting the power to the track than trying to increase it.

No engine mods for me either--learned my lessons pushing tow ropes. Every year I'll add something to keep the fun in the off season. This year an AXESS seat and bar riser, last year Smitty drop brackets and Snow Eliminators, year before that D^J clutch kit and SPL hot air vents and can.

This year I will be riding a stock RMK except for a couple comfort features - Better Boards and Hot Dogger. Past 3 years have been all mod sleds, going to try stock rocks this year. I'm actually looking forward to it.
