do i need to bleed my injection pump?

I changed my oil resivour, do i need to bleed the pump? I ran it for a few minutes two seperate times, it smokes like it should. If so any easy ways to do it, pics, or links you know of.

Yes.... And put a bit of premix in the fuel just to be safe. Better safe than sorry.. I changed the bottle on the wifes over the summer and when I bled the pump I did get some air..

Its ont he pump. I think 10mm

RockyMtn.Kris is correct there is a bolt on the pump with a 10 mm head that is for bleeding the pump. Be careful when you are bleeding it though because once the oil starts running out it will come fast. I would say it is a necessary procedure to do if nothing for piece of mind.

Any time I have anything to do with the oild injection system apart I run 50:1 premix the next time I run it just incase.

Looked at it tonight, man it's down in there. Cant get to it w/out removing the carbs.
So how come when you roll your sled and its running upside down it takes a minute to roll her back over, it's gotta get some air, and its still is fine.

Pull the skid plate and its easy to get to.
