What can I do for clutch maintenance?

I typically take an air hose and blow out the dust after every ride.

Should I take a red 3m pad to the primary every so often?

Any type of cleaner that is safe to use on the sheaves that I can wipe down the clutches?

What else?

I don't want to do any disassembling unless it's super easy.

the air hose is good..we use a scotch bright pad to clean the sheaves...then wipe with acetone with clean rag....I would take sharpie and make a line from bottom to top of sheave to see where the belt is running, more of a tuning issue.....with out disassembly you can use a large screw driver going under the spider, to pry open the clutch/compress it...use something on the outside of the clutch to hold it open on the clutch bolt and inspect the rollers and weights...your weight will show excessive wear if the rollers are going bad...blow the rollers out with air hose. DONT forget the secondary as well!!!! open it up and clean with scotch bright and acetone too!! inspect your belt as well...you can clean that too. we always used Dawn and HOT soapy water and scrub brush on the belt. let dry....when done for the season remove belt and repeat!

YouTube channel SS Freeride recommended Schaefer's Citrol cleaner. Picked some up and it is amazing!!!! Pretty pricey but well worth it, don't have to use as much as he does.
