Chev accepted 2 bailouts,

they went bankrupt and washed away all their debt.

they are now going to get approximately 1/4 of the new $4500 car sales......

Taxpayers pay for the bailouts (x2)
taxpayers pay for going bankrupt
we are paying the $4500

So I'm giving chevy $ for 4 things and not receiving anything.....

Chevy or any of the manufactures will not be the direct beneficiary of the cash for clunkers money, the consumers that are eligible and are able to qualify for the program will be. Manufacturers will indirectly benefit from an artificial increase in sales, but they don't get to keep $4500 on top of what they make on a car sale.
That doesn't counter the fact that taxpayers are still paying for it though, regardless who benefits - (lets not forget the environment, it will be SO much better off without all those old gas guzzling CO2 belching clunkers.)

the engines are required to be drained of oil and filled with sodium silicate and
run until the engine seizes. Look up sodium silicate and it will tell you that when exposed to heat it turns to a glass like substance the has a melting point of 1500 degrees, there by rendering the offending engine useless.

Perform the following procedure to disable the vehicle engine.
Since the vehicle will not be drivable after this procedure is performed,
consider where the procedure will be performed and how the vehicle
will be moved after the procedure is complete.
1. Obtain solution of 40% sodium silicate/60% water. (The Sodium Silicate
(SiO2/Na2O) used in the solution must have a weight ratio of 3.0 or greater.)
2. Drain engine oil for environmentally appropriate disposal.
3. Install the oil drain plug.
4. Pour enough solution in the engine through the oil fill for the oil pump to
circulate the solution throughout the engine. Start by adding 2 quarts of the
solution, which should be sufficient in most cases.
CAUTION: Wear goggles and gloves. Appropriate protective clothing
should be worn to prevent silicate solution from coming into contact with the
skin.
5. Replace the oil fill cap.
6. Start the engine.
7. Run engine at approximately 2000 rpm (for safety reasons do not operate at
high rpm) until the engine stops. (Typically the engine will operate for 3 to 7
minutes. As the solution starts to affect engine operation, the operator will
have to apply more throttle to keep the engine at 2000 rpm.)
8. Allow the engine to cool for at least 1 hour.
9. With the battery at full charge or with auxiliary power to provide the power of
a fully charged battery, attempt to start the engine.
10. If the engine will not operate at idle, the procedure is complete.
11. If the engine will operate at idle, repeat steps 6 through 10 until the engine
will no longer idle.
12. Attach a label to the engine that legibly states the following:
This engine is from a vehicle that is part of the Car Allowance Rebate
System (CARS). It has significant internal damage caused by operating
the engine with a sodium silicate solution (liquid glass) instead of oil.

I remember the supreme court decision that made it legal for government entitities to use eminent domain to take land from private citizens and give it to Walmart and that happened during the Bush administration. So you see, It is not only about Obama, but a trend in which groups use the tentacles of large government to redistribute wealth as they see fit. It can go to big labor or big business, but it is certainly away from me. If it took Obama to wake you up then you are truly behind the 8 ball.

No, not the antichrist. The antichrist would have to be smarter...I am not sure why I would take time to research you. Your voice is as small as mine and just as unimportant. I don't doubt that you are a conservative, however. But, I would not under-estimate Spomey either. Keep up the good fight my friend.
