A guy on Doo Talk did similar venting using a metal screen from Lowe's as a template. He used a Uni-Bit step bit to de-bur. This looks just as good a screen vents to me. Nice work!

D, I have a piece of 3/16" perf that I used on mine I can send you. Makes a perfect pattern..... Once two opposing corners were drilled, I used 3/16" machine screws with nuts to hold in place, then went to town.....
