Display Doesn't like Extreme Cold

So we've hit a cold spell, 30 to 40 below in the mornings. When I start the Axys at those temps the dash doesn't come on until the sled warms up a bit.

I've checked all my connections.

Anyone else experiencing this?
 
Mine did that the other day and it was about 15 below then it warmed up and came on. I wouldn't worry about it.

i ran a couple weeks of -30 last season and never had an issue with my IDD. *shrugs*
 
I think they all do it but I don't know why as the old Pro's did not do it, unless it has something to do with the load shedding relay like the shutdown of the heated grips and high beam headlight?
