difference from 2010 to 2011 assaults

Well Im curious as to chat has changed engine wise from the 2010 assaults to the 2011 assaults that have caused them to not have the same engine issues? Any in site out there into this. I know the pro chassis is different but does that help the engine with cooling or anything?

I think over time you'll see some more failures....I've heard of quite a few, but they've all had almost 2,000 miles on them.

The 2011 has a completely different motor.

No, not a completely different motor....from what I'm told, 2 injectors vice 4, different port positions, but nothing really changed to make it an "all new motor"....

Someone with more information on this, please intervene....MH?

Yes, they share some components but overall it is a different motor.
Different fuel system, different oil injection system, different cylinders, pistons and case. The only major similarity is the crank. Considering the IQ cranks have not been a weak point, there really is no issue.
